L’Expédition (The Shipping Policy)
Because our luxury fragrances are hand-blended with pure perfume alcohol, they are classified as flammable liquids by the Department of Transportation. To comply with federal safety regulations, all shipments must travel strictly via surface transport. • Flat Rate Shipping: A standard flat fee of $8.50 applies to all orders at checkout. • Shipping Carrier: Packages are shipped securely via USPS Ground Advantage. • Geographic Limits: We ship exclusively within the contiguous United States. We cannot ship to Alaska, Hawaii, P.O. Boxes, or international destinations. • Fulfillment Timeline: Please allow 1 to 3 business days for hand-packaging, and 3 to 7 business days for ground transit.
Les Retours (The Return Policy)
Due to the custom, hand-blended nature of our cosmetics and federal safety restrictions surrounding the shipping of flammable liquids, all perfume sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. • Damaged Shipments: If your glass bottle arrives damaged or leaks during transit, please notify our atelier through our Contact Page within 48 hours of delivery.
Les Directives (Shipping Adjustments & Lost Packages)
Address Verifications: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Apogée La Fleur is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to our atelier due to an incorrect address, a new $8.50 shipping fee will apply to re-ship it. • Lost or Stolen Shipments: Once a package is marked as "Delivered" by USPS, Apogée La Fleur is no longer liable for the shipment. We highly recommend monitoring your tracking link closely to ensure a safe delivery.
